ACN’s Legal Advisory Committee was created to ensure that ACN and its Independent Business Owners (IBOs) adhere to the highest ethical standards.

Committee member’s study ACN’s practices, products and marketing strategies for compliance with the laws in every state and country in which ACN IBOs operate. In addition, the board reviews the IBO Agreement which every new IBO must sign before starting their ACN business. By signing the agreement, each IBO pledges to act in a lawful, ethical and moral manner and agrees not to make any false or misleading statements.

The Legal Advisory Committee provides guidance in order to ensure that ACN is operating in compliance with the laws. ACN take seriously any infraction on the part of ACN’s IBOs.
