Several years ago, Aleksandar Manojlovic developed a heart condition that meant that he was likely to need a heart transplant in the near future. It also threatened to limit his ability to work in a traditional job in the short and long-term. He and his wife Claudia, a new migrant to Australia, were seeking to build a business that could provide their family a secure life in Australia even if Alex’s ability to work was limited.

Claudia says, “We were looking to build a large income, which will set the future of our family for generations to come, so that our children and their children do not have to experience any financial hardship”.

Neither Aleksandar nor Claudia had been involved in Network Marketing before, but they recognised a good Opportunity when they saw it.

Aleksandar says, “I was very excited to learn that I could earn passive income on services that people already use and that the business was not product based. It is nearly impossible to find a business with opportunities that create true passive income like ACN at such a low start-up cost”.

Claudia, previously an administration officer, was a little more sceptical than Aleksandar at first. She recalls, “At first, I was totally negative, in fact it took me 6 months before I agreed to look at ACN. I had a misconception of network marketing. I only agreed to attend the meeting because I was determined to convince Alex to quit but I was very excited after seeing the presentation and decided to partner with him.”

After almost five years with ACN, Aleksandar and Claudia were promoted to the prestigious position of Regional Director at the 2010 International Event in Sydney and are now fast tracking their way to SVP.

So, what advice do these Top Producers have for new IBOs?

Aleksandar says, “Stay in the business long enough to win. It’s a numbers game. Don’t be afraid of personal development and growth. You have to change if you want your life and circumstances to change.”

Claudia agrees with Aleksandar and adds, “Believe in yourself 100 percent. Be consistent. Never miss an ACN conference. Have long-term vision and NEVER, NEVER give up!”
