§ If you connect on a month-to-month basis: If your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch providers within 3 months of activation we will charge you a $50 deferred activation fee to cover our costs of establishing your service. The total minimum cost to you for $49 Business Cap is $49; $79 Business Cap is $79; $99 Business Cap is $99; $129 Business Cap is $129; plus the deferred activation fee.

1 Smart Phone - if you choose this option you get a set amount of data per month to access Pulse services as well as for browsing the Internet from your mobile. Data will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024KB = 1MB and 1024MB = 1GB, and includes both uploads and downloads. Data usage over the included monthly allowance is charged at $0.50 per MB. Your Cap included value cannot be used for excess data usage charges.

¶ 10 Free @ Night – free 10 minute calls to mobiles on the Optus GSM network made between 8pm and midnight. Calls must be made and received within Australia. No charge applies for the first 10 minutes of duration per call, after which the standard call rates of your plan apply. Offer subject to the ACN 10 Free @ Night Reasonable Use Policy of up to 1000 free minutes per service per month.

2 Team Connect - if you choose this option you get free voice calls to up to 10 other mobile voice services on the same ACN business account and free voicemail deposit and retrieval. No call connection fee applies. Excludes national video calls, international voice and video calls and calls to and from a service roaming overseas. Offer is subject to ACN’s Team Connect Reasonable Use Policy of up to 1000 free minutes of on-account voice calling and/or voicemail retrieval per service per service per month.

3 Offer available to credit approved sole operators and small business customers who hold an ABN and who connect on $49 Business Cap over 24 months. Minimum monthly spend is $49. Minimum cost to you over 24 months is $1,176. If you fail to port your number to us within 21 days of delivery of your handset or your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch providers within the minimum service term, an early termination fee of $35 per month for each remaining month of the minimum service term, plus any outstanding charges and any remaining handset payments (if applicable), is payable immediately. Some of the features of the handset may be limited or not supported on our network. To access 3G services you must be in a 3G or HSDPA coverage area with a 3G/HSDPA compatible handset or device. Standard rates apply once your Cap included value is reached. Offer subject to change and available until September 12, 2010 but only while stocks last.
