Business Ultimate is available to credit approved sole operators and small business customers holding an ABN. Monthly Plan Fee is $149. You will pay the Plan Fee each month in advance irrespective of your use of the service. For a part month, you will only pay part of the Plan Fee and you will also receive only part of the allowance of minutes, text and mobile Internet data.

Plan included usage: The following call and text types are eligible for assignment to the allowances of your Business Ultimate Plan: standard national voice and video calls, calls to 13/1300 and 18 numbers, national SMS and international SMS. Calls and text must be made within Australia. Your Mobile Internet allowance includes a set volume of data per month to access Pulse services and the Internet from your mobile within Australia. If for any individual allowance (call minutes, text or data), your usage exceeds the monthly limit for that allowance, you will be charged, in addition to the Plan Fee, for any call minutes, text messages and data in excess of your allowance at the applicable rates. Calls reduce your remaining minutes allowance in 30 second increments. Each SMS of 160 characters will reduce your text allowance in increments of one. Your Mobile Internet allowance is quoted in megabytes where 1MB = 1024KB. Mobile Internet data usage will be accrued and deducted from your remaining Mobile Internet allowance in kilobyte increments and includes both uploads and downloads. Data usage over the included monthly data allowance (2GB) is charged at $0.35 per MB in addition to your Plan Fee. Your minutes or text allowance cannot be used for excess data usage charges.

Plan excluded usage: The following call, text and service types are not eligible for deduction from your minutes, text and mobile Internet allowances and will be charged at applicable rates in addition to your Plan Fee: 124YES (surcharge only, the duration of the call to the operator and any subsequent connection is eligible for deduction from your minutes allowance), operator assisted calls, directory assistance, international voice and video calls (including calls to fixed lines or GSM mobiles that then divert/switch or re-route overseas), calls to Premium numbers (e.g. 1900), national and international MMS (audio, picture and video), Instant Messaging, Pulse and third party content and subscription purchases, premium and third party SMS and International Roaming.

Excluded call types and services are not deducted from your minutes, text and mobile Internet data allowance and are charged on top of your Plan Fee in arrears. Your unused allowance of minutes, text and mobile Internet data does not rollover into the following month and is not transferable.

Where you are an existing customer and you request a change to or from a Business Ultimate Plan we will process your request at the beginning of your next invoicing cycle.

Minimum Costs

 
If you connect for 24 months minimum cost to you over 24 months is $3,576, excluding any additional or Plan excluded service costs or any additional handset repayments (if applicable).

Early Termination Fees

If you fail to port your number to us within 21 days of delivery of your handset or your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch providers within 24 months, an early termination fee of $60 for each remaining month of your 24 month minimum service term, plus any outstanding charges and any remaining handset payments (if applicable), is payable immediately.
