Mobile Broadband Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee

A 14 day Mobile Broadband Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee (‘Coverage Guarantee’) applies from the date of activation of your ACN Mobile Broadband service, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. If our wireless HSPA/GPRS coverage is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your mobile broadband service without penalty at any time up to 14 days from the date your service is first activated.
  2. If you wish to cancel under the Coverage Guarantee, your should contact Customer Service on 1300 881 778 and provide us with the your name, your mobile broadband service number, the address where you are claiming in respect of the Coverage Guarantee and a brief explanation of why you have decided to cancel your service.
  3. Where we confirm that you are eligible to claim in respect of the Coverage Guarantee we will arrange to cancel your service.
  4. You must pay for any access or usage charges up to and including the date of cancellation. Any rebate or offer associated with the purchased equipment or your mobile broadband service will be voided.
  5. You must return all equipment supplied by us to you intact, in good condition and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return of all equipment we have supplied to you and return of the equipment will be at your own cost. Provided you return the equipment to us you will not have to pay any Early Exit Fee which may be due under a minimum service term commitment. We will also waive any charges applied under an Equipment Payment Plan, if applicable. Any refund due will be applied to the original payment method.
  6. If you do not return the equipment to us within 10 days of cancelling your service, we will charge you the replacement cost of the equipment.
  7. We will charge you the cost of repairing or replacing any equipment that is not returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging.
  8. The Coverage Guarantee may only be claimed once per personal customer or business entity per nominated address.
  9. The Coverage Guarantee does not apply to your use of the service via a modem device not supplied by us.
  10. Our offer may be withdrawn at any time however you may still claim with respect to the Coverage Guarantee where you have purchased the equipment prior to the withdrawal date.
