How do I set up my ACN mobile broadband service?

What are the minimum system requirements for any ACN supplied USB modem?

Make sure you check that your computer has the correct software and hardware to use with your modem by checking the System Requirements below:

Minimum System Requirements

* Standard USB interface
* Microsoft Windows® 2000 SP4, Windows® XP SP2 or
* Mac OSX 10.4 or above with the latest upgrades
* Display resolution: 800 x 600 or above
* Minimum 128MB RAM
* Central Processing Unit 9CPU) Pentium 4, 1GHz or above

Follow the instructions below to find out what your system specifications are:

* PC: Select the Start Menu, then select ‘Control Panel’, then select ‘System’.
* Mac: Select the ‘Apple’ menu, then select ‘About this Mac’.

 

Upon installation I'm prompted to enter an 'SP Code'. What is this?

When prompted for the SP Code, please enter the word "broadband".
