Mohamed and Rayan moved to New Zealand as children and grew up to be best friends at school. Mohamed left school at the age of 15 to become a motor mechanic and Rayan went on to University to study Pharmacy.
Mohamed enjoyed what he did, he loves cars, but when a friend asked him “how long can you do this for?” he decided that the only way to improve his income was to go back to school and get a diploma. Rayan also believed that the only way to be successful is to study hard at university and achieve a degree.
“I moved to New Zealand when I was 8 years old from the Middle East. In the Middle Eastern culture a degree is a must – if you don’t have a degree, you are nobody,” said Rayan during his promotion speech.
Both Mohamed and Rayan worked hard at school, but struggled to see a future that included the freedom to really ‘live’ that they both desired.
“I couldn’t see myself wearing those white aprons Pharmacists wear behind the counter” said Rayan.
They were introduced to ACN at the ages of 20 and 21 just over 3 years ago, which they believed was an opportunity they simply couldn’t let pass them by. Mohamed and Rayan now have more spare time, more flexibility and most importantly the freedom to do what they want, when they want and how they want.
“To me this is just the start and I can’t wait for the next step. I really want to thank some special people, the Co-Founders of ACN for blessing us with this opportunity” said Mohammed on stage.
These two individuals have proven that in this business, not even age matters – anyone can do well in ACN. Mohamed and Rayan are now ACN Pacific's youngest Regional Directors.
