Home Caps are available to only credit-approved non-business customers who preselect and remain preselected to ACN for their local and long distance calling. Where you are an existing customer and you request a change to or from a $59, $79, $89 or $99 Home Cap Plan we will process your request at the beginning of your next invoicing cycle. A call connection fee of 39¢ applies to all national and international long distance calls and calls to mobiles, including national and international long distance calls that are eligible for ACN-2-ACN Calling. All timed calls, excluding operator assisted calls, are charged in one-second increments.

Your Plan Fee is applied monthly in advance. You will pay the Plan Fee each month even if you do not make calls to that value. For a part month, you will only pay part of the Plan Fee and you will receive only part of the plan included call value.

Plan included call value: The plan included call value of the $59 Home Cap is up to $59 per month, $79 HomeCap is up to $99 per month, $89 HomeCap is up to $120 per month and $99 HomeCap is up to $150 per month. Your plan included call value includes un-timed local calls, national long distance calls and calls to Australian mobiles.

Plan included call value excludes international calls, directory assistance and operator assisted calls, 1-900, 13 and 1-300 calls, equipment, feature and directory listing charges, and any calls made using an over-ride code.

Any unused plan included call value will be forfeited at the end of each month.

Capped Calls: National long distance calls will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge of $2.00 for the first 30 minutes of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter. Calls to mobile services within Australia will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge of $2.50 for the first 20 minutes of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter. 
 
The International Bonus Option is not available in conjunction with Home Caps.

ACN-2-ACN Calling Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for ACN-2-ACN Calling the network access, local and long distance components of your fixed line service, and that of the person you are calling, must all be preselected to ACN, or the number you are calling must be an ACN mobile service or an ACN Digital Phone Service which is assigned an Australian geographic phone number. The standard call connection fee of your plan applies to each ACN-2-ACN call that would ordinarily incur a timed charge. Not all ACN-2-ACN Calling offers are available on all plans.

ACN-2-ACN Local Calling is available for un-timed calls that are eligible for local call pricing. Some local calls and un-timed calls which are not local calls are excluded e.g. operator assisted calls, calls to 13 or 1300 numbers and calls to 1902 Dial Internet Access numbers. ACN-2-ACN Local Calling is subject to ACN’s ACN-2-ACN Reasonable Use Policy. Up to 1000 free local calls per month allowed.

ACN-2-ACN National Calling is available for national long distance calls within Australia. Excludes calls to some Australian territories and operator assisted calls. The standard call connection fee of your plan applies to each call. ACN-2-ACN National Calling is subject to ACN’s ACN-2-ACN Reasonable Use Policy. Up to 3000 free minutes per month of ACN-2-ACN national long distance calling allowed.

ACN-2-ACN Home to Mobile Calling is available for calls to any ACN mobile service within Australia. The first 5 minutes of duration per call are free, after which the standard per minute rate for calls to mobiles of your plan applies. ACN-2-ACN Home to Mobile Calling is subject to ACN’s ACN-2-ACN Reasonable Use Policy. Up to 1000 free minutes of calls to mobiles allowed.

ACN-2-ACN International Calling to New Zealand is available for calls to ACN toll services in New Zealand from services subscribed to the $99 Home Cap and Home Plus plans. Limit of 60 free minutes per call. Our standard international rates for calls to New Zealand apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter. A maximum of 200 free minutes to New Zealand per service, per monthly invoicing period applies, at the end of which unused minutes are forfeited. Excludes calls to an ACN Digital Phone Service and operator assisted calls.
