Important Information
^ Unlimited usage is available only for ordinary consumer use of the service within Australia.
§ If you connect on a month-to-month basis: If your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch providers within 3 months of activation we will charge you a $50 deferred activation fee to cover our costs of establishing your service. The total minimum cost to you for Infinity $114 is $114; plus the deferred activation fee.
1 Offer available to credit approved personal customers who connect on Infinity $114 over 24 months. Plan fee is $114 per month. Minimum cost to you over 24 months is $2,736. If you fail to port your number to us within 21 days of delivery of your handset or your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch providers within the minimum service term, an early termination fee of $50 per month for each remaining month of the minimum service term, plus any outstanding charges and any remaining handset payments (if applicable), is payable immediately. Some of the features of the handset may be limited or not supported on our network. To access 3G services you must be in a 3G or HSDPA coverage area with a 3G/HSDPA compatible handset or device. Standard rates apply once your Plan included value is reached. Offer subject to change and available until September 12, 2010 but only while stocks last.
Terms and Conditions
Infinity $114 Plan is available only to credit approved personal customers. Plan Fee is $114 per month. If your usage of the included calls and services exceeds the monthly allowance you will be charged, in addition to the Plan Fee, for any of the calls, text and data above the allowance at applicable rates. Plan included usage excludes some calls, text and services. You will pay the Plan Fee each month in advance irrespective of your use of the service. For a part month, you will only pay part of the Plan Fee and you will also receive only part of the included allowance of minutes, text and mobile Internet data.
Unlimited Usage: Unlimited usage includes standard national voice calls, national video calls, national SMS and national MMS. The unlimited offer applies to standard personal calls and text within Australia and is not to be used for commercial purposes. Fair Use Policy applies. Your Mobile Internet allowance includes a set amount of data per month to access ACN Pulse services as well as browsing the Internet from your mobile within Australia. Mobile Internet data usage will be accrued and deducted from your remaining allowance in kilobyte increments, where 1024KB = 1MB and 1024MB = 1GB, and includes both uploads and downloads. Data usage over the included monthly data allowance (500MB) is charged at $0.50 per MB (or part thereof) in addition to your Plan Fee. Your minutes or text allowance cannot be used for excess data usage charges.
Plan excluded usage: The following call, text and service types are not eligible for inclusion in the Infinity $114 Plan unlimited call allocation and will be charged at applicable rates in addition to your Plan Fee: 124YES, operator-assisted calls, directory assistance, voicemail retrieval, international voice and video calls (including calls to fixed lines or GSM mobiles that then divert/switch or re-route overseas), calls to 13/1300 and 1800 numbers, calls to Premium numbers (e.g. 1900), international SMS and MMS (audio, picture and video), calls to mobile satellite phones, ACN Pulse and third party content and subscription purchases, premium and third party SMS and international Roaming. Excluded call types and services are not deducted from your minutes, text and mobile Internet data allowance and are charged on top of your Plan Fee in arrears.
If your usage of the included calls, services and data exceeds the monthly allowance for any individual allowance you will be charged, in addition to the Plan Fee, for any of the calls, services and data above your allowance. Your unused allowance of minutes, text and mobile Internet data does not roll over into the following month and is not transferable.
Plan excluded usage: The following call, text and service types are not eligible for deduction from your minutes, text and mobile Internet allowances and will be charged at applicable rates in addition to your Plan Fee: 124YES (surcharge only, the duration of the call to the operator and any subsequent connection is eligible for deduction from your minutes allowance), operator assisted calls, directory assistance, international voice and video calls (including calls to fixed lines or GSM mobiles that then divert/switch or re-route overseas), calls to Premium numbers (e.g. 1900), national and international MMS (audio, picture and video), Zoo and third party content and subscription purchases, premium and third party SMS and international Roaming. Excluded call types and services are not deducted from your calls, text and mobile Internet data allowance and are charged on top of your Plan Fee in arrears.
Where you are an existing customer and you request a change to or from the Infinity $114 Plan we will process your request at the beginning of your next invoicing cycle.

If you connect for 24 months the total minimum cost to you over 24 months is $2,736, excluding any additional or Plan excluded service costs or any additional handset repayments (if applicable).
