Paging
What are the advantages of Paging?
Paging is the ideal missed call solution when it’s important to appear professional, or for those times when aren't able or don't have the time to listen to Voicemail messages.
Receiving your messages by SMS means you can get the message straight away when it’s important to be discreet, or in loud environments when it’s difficult to hear Voicemail messages. Plus, with your message sent to your phone as a text, you can readily store names, numbers and other information provided by the caller to your phone
What do callers hear when I can’t answer my phone?
Missed calls will be answered by a professional operator with a greeting chosen by you – calls can be answered in your name or a company’s name.
When will I get notification of missed calls?
Your caller’s message will be sent straight to the screen of your phone immediately after they have left their message. If the message contains a phone number, it can be stored, or used immediately to return the call
How much does Paging cost?
Just 66¢ per message sent to your phone + your plan's standard diversion charge when your caller is diverted to the operator.

Your message is stored on the network for 7 days before it is deleted. 5. Some older style phones may not support the short message service (SMS) which is utilised for delivery of messages. 6. Diversion charges apply if a call is diverted to the operator regardless of whether the caller chooses to leave a message or not. Paging message charges apply whether the message is successfully delivered to your phone or not. 7. Should you decide to port your number away, any ACN service previously provisioned will be unavailable from the time the port completes, this includes all SMS and Voicemail messages whether pending or stored.
