ACN and Risk Insure will waive your initial month’s premium when you take up a Mobile Handset Insurance Policy.
Your policy will automatically renew each month on the date of issue of your monthly invoice unless cancelled prior. Should you wish to cancel your policy you must notify ACN in writing prior to the date your next invoice.

Mobile handset Insurance is available to you at the time you activate your mobile service, so long as you do this within 14 days of reciept of your new handset or mobile device.

Note for existing policyholders: Only one handset per mobile service may be covered at any one time. If your new handset replaces an ACN-insured handset, we have automatically updated your policy to cover your new handset.
