† $1 2MB Daily Data Cap is our default pay-as-you-go rate for Mobile Internet usage. For rating purposes a ‘day’ is defined as the period from 00:00:00 hours to 23:59:59 hours. Data includes both uploads and downloads. The pay-as-you go rate is not applicable where your plan provides a specified monthly allowance of data for Mobile Internet or BlackBerry email and Internet.

# Unlimited BlackBerry email and Internet browsing includes POP3 email traffic and Internet access through the BlackBerry Internet Browser and/or the BlackBerry Browser on your handset only. Email access is available only for Internet based email (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo!) or email hosted by an Internet Service Provider (e.g. BigPond, OptusNet).

Mobile Internet Packs
Mobile Internet Packs (‘MIPs’) include a set amount of data per month to access ACN mobile portal content as well as browsing the Internet from your mobile. A MIP subscription does not include any other calls or services. Subscription is not automatic and must be requested upon application or by calling us. You cannot request a MIP to be added to a pricing plan that includes a set amount of data within the Plan Fee or Cap included value. For a part month, you will only pay part of the monthly MIP fee and you will also receive only part of the included data allowance. Where you request removal of a MIP subscription we will process your request at the end of the current billing month. Where you request a change from an existing MIP to a new MIP, the change will also be processed at the end of the current billing month. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024KB = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads. If you exceed your MIP’s included data allowance in any billing month, additional excess usage will be charged at $0.35 per MB or part thereof. Any unused data allowance does not rollover into the following month and is not transferable. You cannot request a MIP to be added to a TimeSmart, Infinity or BlackBerry plan.
