Important Information
§ Freedom $10 Plan is available only to credit approved personal customers who connect a new service for a minimum service term of 24 months. Total minimum cost to you over 24 months is $240, excluding any additional or excluded service costs, or any additional handset payments (if applicable). Early termination fees apply.

Total monthly call minutes excludes assisted (e.g. operated or directory) calls and special number calls (e.g. 1900, 1800, 1300). The ACN-2-ACN Calling Bonus is applied as a rebate credit against the charges for ACN-2-ACN national call minutes and will not exceed the total value of ACN-2-ACN national call minutes within the monthly invoicing period.
† $1 for 2MB Daily Cap is our default pay-as-you-go rate for Mobile Internet usage. For rating purposes a ‘day’ is defined as the period from 00:00:00 hours to 23:59:59 hours. Data includes both uploads and downloads.
1 Offer available to credit approved personal customers who connect on Freedom 10 over 24 months. Plan fee is $10 per month. Minimum cost to you over 24 months is $456. If you fail to port your number to us within 21 days of delivery of your handset or your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch providers within the minimum service term, an early termination fee of $10 per month for each remaining month of the minimum service term, plus any outstanding charges and any remaining handset payments (if applicable), is payable immediately. Some of the features of the handset may be limited or not supported on our network. To access 3G services you must be in a 3G or HSDPA coverage area with a 3G/HSDPA compatible handset or device. Standard rates apply once your Plan included value is reached. Offer subject to change and available until September 12, 2010 but only while stocks last.
Terms and Conditions
Freedom $10 Plan is available only to new credit approved personal customers who connect to the plan for 24 months. Minimum monthly spend is $10. You will pay the minimum spend amount each month even if you don’t make calls to that value. For a part month, you will only pay part of the minimum monthly spend and you will also receive only part of the Plan included value.
Plan included value excludes some services such as operator assisted (including 124YES) and premium number (e.g. 1900) calls, international calls, international SMS, international MMS, international roaming and diversion, calls to MobileSat, directory assistance, international MMS, premium and third party SMS, voicemail, Mobile Internet usage, Instant Messaging, Pulse and third party subscriptions and content.
Unused Plan included value does not roll over into the following month and is not transferable. The standard rates of your plan apply once the Plan included value is reached.

Early Termination Fees
If your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch providers within 24 months, an early termination fee of $10 for each remaining month of the 24 month minimum service term, plus any outstanding charges and any remaining handset payments (if applicable), is payable immediately.
