Video Calling

Missing an interstate friend? Travelling for work and want to say goodnight to your kids face-to-face? Try a video call!

Video Calling is a powerful way to keep in touch with loved ones face-to-face, especially if they're away from home or live in another city.

How to set up and start video calling?

  1. First ensure your phone has video calling capabilities by referring to your handset user manual. Video calls can be made nationally and internationally to customers on compatible 3G networks.
  2. Once you have determined your handset is capable of making video calls, please contact us on 1300 881 778 to activate the video calling service.
  3. To make a call, dial the mobile number you wish to call (or select your contact through your phonebook). Your handset will give you the option to make either a voice call or a video call. Select video call and you'll be connected!
  4. Simply hold the phone in front of you to video and use hands-free  to talk - it’s that easy.

Please note: You will not be able to make a video call if you call a person who does not have video calling capability or if you (and/or your friend) are outside 3G network service areas.
