Plans are available to credit approved personal and business customers only. The monthly Plan Fee is $19 (19 Plan), $29 (29 Plan), $39 (39 Plan), $49 (49 Plan), $59 (59 Plan), $79 (79 Infinity Plan) or $99 (99 Infinity). You will pay the Plan Fee in advance irrespective of your use of the service. For a part month, you will only pay part of the Plan Fee and you will also receive only part of the Plan included value.

Plan included value excludes some services such as operator assisted (including 124YES) and premium number (e.g. 1900) calls, international voice and video calls (including calls to fixed lines or GSM mobiles that then divert/switch or re-route overseas), directory assistance, premium and third party SMS, Instant Messaging, ACN Pulse/ Optus Zoo and third party subscriptions and content. Unused Plan included value does not roll over into the following month and is not transferable. The standard rates of your plan apply once the Plan included value is exceeded.

Included mobile Internet data is a set amount of data per month to access services on ACN Pulse/Optus Zoo, browsing the Internet from your mobile as well as using your mobile as a modem within Australia. Mobile Internet data will be accrued and deducted from your remaining allowance in kilobyte increments where 1000KB = 1MB and 1000MB = 1GB, and includes both uploads and downloads. Data usage over the included monthly allowance (100MB for 19 Plan, 200MB for 29 and 39 Plan, 1.5GB for 49 Plan, 2GB for 59 Plan and 79 Infinity and 5GB for 99 Infinity) is charged at $0.50 per MB or part thereof. Any unused monthly data does not roll over into the following month and is not transferrable. Your data allowance cannot be used for standard voice and video calls, 1300, 1800, 1900 calls, voicemail, SMS and MMS, premium and Third Party SMS and MMS, ACN Pulse/Optus Zoo and Third Party content purchases and subscription fees, Paging or data used while roaming internationally.

 Early Termination Fees If you fail to port your number to us within 21 days of delivery of your handset or your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch providers within your minimum service term, an early termination fee as specified in the table above, plus any outstanding charges and any remaining handset payments (if applicable), is payable immediately.
