# Unlimited usage applies to your own personal (including small business) use within Australia and is not to be used for commercial purposes.

Unlimited usage for Infinity Plans includes standard national voice calls (including 13/1300 and 1800 numbers on 99 Infinity plan only), national video calls, national SMS/MMS (and voicemail on 99 Infinity Plan only).

Unlimited calls to ACN mobiles (29 Plan and above) includes voice calls to other ACN mobiles only.

Unlimited SMS (59 Plan) and unlimited SMS/MMS (79 and 99 infinity Plans), includes standard national SMS/MMS only and excludes international and premium SMS/MMS.

† Unlimited mobile access to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, eBay and Foursquare (39 Plan and above)  requires a compatible handset and excludes associated alert servicves.

§ If you connect on a month-to-month basis: If your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch providers within 3 months we will charge you a $50 deferred activation fee to cover the costs of establishing your service. The total minimum cost to you for a 19 Plan is $19; 29 Plan is $29; 39 Plan is $39; 49 Plan is $49; 59 Plan is $59; 79 Infinity is $79; 99 Infinity is $99; plus the deferred activation fee.
